A fully integrated training camp style Boxing Gym, Hard Knocks focuses on functional movement, strength and agility. We offer a blended calisthenic and weighted exercise philosophy. We specialize in boxing training and other sport specific coaching like football, baseball, and track.

We train male and female, young and old – starting at 8 years old. Our trainers cater to your fitness goals, whether it is training for the ring or just get you into shape.
